Ready for a few days away from the usual routine? Join us for a special three-night retreat at the beautiful Erth in Cornwall.
Expect energising Pilates practices, delicious food prepared by our own private chef, time outdoors and experiences to get you out of your comfort zone in the best possible way.
From guided walks and sauna sessions to cold water swimming and a manifesting workshop with Lucy, there'll be plenty of opportunities to try something new, connect with like-minded people and leave feeling refreshed, inspired and full of feel-good energy.
Whether you're joining us solo or bringing a friend, this is your time to move, explore, laugh, recharge and enjoy something a little different.
What to look forward to
Pilates & movement - Two daily practices, mat pilates and Chloe's bootcamp, to move your body, build strength and leave you feeling amazing. Please note these are all optional.
Sauna & cold water -Mix things up, embrace the outdoors and enjoy some time to reset.
Time in nature - Explore the beautiful surroundings on a guided walk and enjoy the fresh air.
Manifesting with Lucy - Make space for fresh perspectives, new intentions and a little inspiration.
Delicious food, taken care of
Good food is a big part of the experience, and we'll have our own private chef, Kate, taking care of us throughout the retreat.
Kate focuses on using high-quality, locally sourced ingredients to create delicious, freshly prepared meals that make the most of seasonal produce. From relaxed brunches to lovely evening dinners, food will be another part of the experience to look forward to.
We'll work with Kate on the menu and timings closer to the retreat, and you'll be asked to share any dietary requirements as part of your guest information form.

A space to make your own
Erth offers a selection of unique rooms and accommodation options, each with its own character.
All tickets are priced per person and include one bed/space within your chosen room, rather than exclusive use of the entire room, unless specifically stated. If you'd like to bring a friend and book an additional space in the same room, you can do this when booking, subject to availability.
Oak
Oak is a triple aspect bedroom with en-suite bathroom that sleeps up to three guests.
This rooms looks out onto the River Lynher to the front and rear - spend the morning watching the boats and tide drift in & out from the window seat.
This room comes with its own balcony with views towards Dartmoor.

Lichen
Lichen is a triple aspect ground floor bedroom that sleeps up to three guests with shared private shower room.
This rooms looks out onto the River Lynher to the front and rear, and has its own entrance - spend the morning watching the boats and tide drift in & out from the window seat.

Granite
Granite is an east facing bedroom that looks out across the River Lynher towards Dartmoor and sleeps up to two guests.
This room comes with a large private bathroom across the hallway, which looks onto the west, and St Germans.

The Study
Study is a ground floor bedroom with open fireplace, which looks west over the River Lynher towards St Germans. This room only sleeps one.
Relax in the window seat and watch the boats across the river. This room comes with shared bathroom on the ground floor.

Jill Hut
The Jill Shepard's hut is located in the paddock nearest to the main house, and has views onto the Lynher.
It sleeps up to two people, and comes with an ensuite bathroom.
Please note this is separate from the main house.

Jaxx Hut
The Jaxx Shepard's hut is located in the paddock nearest to the main house, and has views onto the Lynher.
