Chloe

Founder and lead trainer

Chloe launched Flow with Clo in April 2024 after over 7 years as a personal trainer. After a back injury, she discovered Pilates during her rehab - it helped her stay active, rebuild strength, and completely shifted how she moved and trained.

Chloe’s classes are upbeat, energising, and full of feel-good vibes. She's known for her warm, bubbly personality, and her positive energy has a way of lifting everyone around her. What she loves most is seeing clients grow in confidence and achieve things they didn’t think were possible - and she’ll be your biggest cheerleader every step of the way.

Michelle

Trainer 

Michelle fell in love with Pilates while on her journey to recover from persistent back issues. Inspired by the impact it had on her own body, she went on to train in both Mat and Reformer Pilates through STOTT.

Her teaching embraces a contemporary style, offering clients a thorough yet enjoyable practice that enhances body awareness, builds confidence, and improves overall strength.
