Chloe
Founder and lead trainer
Chloe launched Flow with Clo in April 2024 after over 7 years as a personal trainer. After a back injury, she discovered Pilates during her rehab - it helped her stay active, rebuild strength, and completely shifted how she moved and trained.
Chloe’s classes are upbeat, energising, and full of feel-good vibes. She's known for her warm, bubbly personality, and her positive energy has a way of lifting everyone around her. What she loves most is seeing clients grow in confidence and achieve things they didn’t think were possible - and she’ll be your biggest cheerleader every step of the way.

Anna
Trainer
Anna’s approach to Pilates is rooted in a deep appreciation for both the classical foundations of the method and a modern, dynamic style of movement.
She is passionate about creating a welcoming and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable, encouraged, and confident in their bodies, no matter their experience level. Anna believes movement should feel both challenging and empowering, while still being enjoyable and rewarding.
Naturally warm and people-focused, Anna brings a calm yet uplifting energy to her teaching. She is positive, upbeat, and always there cheering her clients on, helping them feel motivated and supported throughout their movement journey.
Anna supports clients whether they are completely new to reformer Pilates or looking to build on their existing practice. Her goal is to help each client feel strong, capable, and more connected to their body.

Karen
Trainer
Karen’s intention is to create an inclusive environment where students can move freely, feel good, have fun and experience the infinitude of possibilities within themselves.
Her personal mission in life is to live a life of purpose, fuelled by love, truth and courage.
Karen embodies compassion, warmth and kindness in all that she does.
She believes that above all, humor is an essential ingredient in reformer Pilates and that laughter is the best core exercise there is. Karen’s humble guidance points her students towards the strength they already possess.

Sophie

I first discovered my love for Pilates while training as a dancer — it complemented my practice perfectly, helping me build strength, improve flexibility, and recover from injuries.
I began teaching Reformer Pilates in 2018, and my passion for it has only continued to grow. I love challenging clients to reach their full potential and get a real buzz from watching them become stronger and surpass their own expectations. Expect a fiery, dynamic session built with a foundation made up of the core Pilates principles.
